 Not really a flower. They are grown as ornamental annuals, often in beds, though this one was in a pot in the hothouse.
I used a processing method that I got from a link that Jutilda put in, though this one wasn't the same tip as hers. This involved a duplicate layer with gaussian blur blended in overlay mode.
