I really like this photo--I know there is no real focus point but I view it as a sort of landscape--it is quite fascinating

Stunning textures--this is a great photo

Cool! I don't know where you're from, so you might not understand this, but this photo brings back really vivid memories of old "Dr. Who" episodes :).

I love all the weird shapes and textures in here. But I think maybe it would have been more effective if you cropped it a bit more tightly. It's just a bit busy, and parts are overexposed, for no good reason that I can see. Nice idea though.

challenge met. i like how the water froze in round blobs in many places, but how you also have a couple of icicles. the green is a nice touch. what i'm missing a bit in this shot is a focal point. yes, i know it's supposed to be the green, but it doesn't stand out enough, my eyes are roaming around the photo trying to find a place to "rest".

It's definitely an interesting shot, but there's something that is keeping me from rating it among my highest. It seems like it lacks a solid subject -- there's no real focal point in the image... I guess that's what's bothering me. It may have been more effective to focus in on one icycle and its surroundings...?

The ice is really cool (sorry!) but it seems a bit busy. I can't tell if it is sunlit or over sharpened a little too. DPz

Great catch, good eye. I really like how the ice seems to be bubbling. 8 Swash

Nice set of textures to play with there. The eye goes in all direction in this composition trying to find a strong detail to rest on.

Incredible looking ice! looks like a bunch of bubbles flash frozen. Really interesting photo. I can't quite make out what the green is buy could be my eyes or my monitor.

I'm not quite sure what this is. It's a bit confusing, but it looks like maybe a stream, or brook. The blown out highlights in the upper right corner are distracting in my opinion, however, this doesn't look like it was an easy shot to get. the focus appears to be good. good luck in the challenge.

Bit hard for the eye to land anywhere....over crowded, too much in one space maybe.

Visually interesting.
