A lensbaby I presume? Anyway, there are elements to this image I like but I just wish there was some discernible focal point. With nowhere for my eyes to rest I find it hard to stare for too long. Perhaps if the focus was on either the girl on the pavement or the guy in the window it would have worked better for me.
