 Shot in RAW with light bulb WB. That gave it a blue color.
In Silkypix I adjusted the contrast and ended up deepening the blue color. Convert to jpg.

In CS5, I used Topaz Denoise on the background layer. Then I used Topaz Detail on the background layer to strengthen the leaf silhouette and the lightning.

Then on the background layer I used Topaz Black and White to get the coffee color. Resize and sharpen.
