| Such a great macro that it looks almost sweet, like all the sweetened fruits (and vegetables) we know to make in Macedonia. I'm not sure if they ever used cucumber but I know I've tasted sweetened watermelon rind and it was delicious. This reminds me of it. |

| The seeds would help distinguish it from zucchini, but still a lovely, fresh pic. |
