Almost straight from my camera, converted to BW in Lightrooms on my MacBook Pro and just some minor tonal adjustment, levels, curves, resized, sharpened, framed and saved for the web.

What a lovely shot. His eyes tell a story, and you have captured that. Technically a wonderful shot. Aesthetically pleasing to look at.
