An explanation how this was done...it's a simple "bulb" exposure of 20 minutes. I kept a hat over the lens and removed it for a fraction of a second every five minutes.

Nice...not sure if it is legal though. I'll vote a 6 just in case you've come up with a way to do this in basic editing !
