I like the angle.. it emphasized the buildings to the right fine.. but I would've cropped out the buildings to the left.

It even has a gray, gritty feel to it. But I really did enjoy my all too short visit there. A vibrant place! Thanks for bringing back the memories.

Hopefully not! I love to see NY with vertical bldgs! Especially after the earthquake, storm ....

This is a good concept, but I think HDR hurts this picture more than helps it. There's halos around the buildings and everything is reduced to a dull grayish texture. This would probably be an awesome place to get a shot during sunrise or sunset!
