This is great composition, and the bird makes me wonder what exactly he is looking at. =) The colors feel a little flat to me, not much depth, but other than that this is an adorable photograph. *6*
the feeder really overpowers this shot, the bird is so small in comparison that it is a little bit lost. I don't know if a tighter crop showing more of the bird and the rain would have worked better.
The image seems overexposed which makes it pretty hard to even notice the rain actually falling. Your title is very fitting of what that bird is probably thinking though!!
