I found this photo online here. It was created by James White at signal noise studio. I contacted him via telephone and got permission to use it for our logo. I made small edits to extend the area so that I could put our team name on it for WPL 2011. In doing so I had a hard line on the right where her hair ended so I used the smudge tool in CS3 to extend the hair to the edge of the right side. Otherwise this is James creation. I think it's beautiful and the team loves it too. I wish I could take credit for it but it isn't mine.
