I like high key for its delicate and dreamy feel. While the subject is not typical for this treatment I thought to give it a try. Very interested in comments if any. Not expecting much of a score but I like it!

The score is not much, even worse than I expected - 5.36 at 50. It looks that most DPCers do not like High Key (or "overexposed" as one of the commenters called it) so I'd better leave it for my non-DPC photos collection.

5.8 at 87. Much closer to what I expected.

Deserved a higher score. I think the white vignette is what did you in.

Nice Margaret, I forgot to vote on all of these, but would've given you a 10.

I love the high-key nature of the image. The starkness of the bare trees evokes the abandoned, desolate feel a lot more than what I've seen. The contrast and sharpness is not over done.
The sun adds a little gem to the image.

Love the little sun peeping through the trees. Good composition and I think the processing fits well. Border is a little overdone, but it's a personal preference.

I tend to dislike overprocessed images, but this one is very well done.
