I don't have a dedicated macro lens. This is as close up as I wanted to get and still make it some what interesting.
Used my all three of my Kenko extension tubes and a focal length of 105mm on my Canon 70-300mm lens.

But you are not lined up with your longitude lines...
PS. I was stationed at Ft Drum for, well, longer than I wanted to be. I beleive that is not too far from your point on that map. Actually, I beleive it is right under the compass.
