 This is a photo of my kitty cat as she was napping peacefully.

It is an honor to take a part in a challenge honoring such an astounding artist. Though the subject matter doesn't traditionally correspond with his usual subject matter, I looked more at the effect his photos have. There is almost always a touch of the surreal in his images. His compositions are expertly crafted and only include what is necessary to get his point across. Some of my favorites from his work:

Had trouble putting words to this one -- or maybe I was just afraid to. What I'm finding is that this has a certain erotic charge to it. Strangely appealing. I don't know what else to say.

The rotation creates an odd effect, that makes me look longer. I like the softness of it, and the relaxation.
