 For this shot I flipped a 50mm prime around and held it to the camera body. The wind was blowing this leaf all over the place, but lucky for my he was in full sun so I cranked it up to 1/2000 sec exposure and got lucky with the focus.

I have no idea what kind of bug this is, but he appeared to be eating the aphids off my rose, so he is more then welcome to hang out.
