 I got a bit heavy handed with the sauce and I put the meat on a bit too soon.

I'd eat it! LOL! Truly this looks great except for a couple small things. Clone out the stuff on/in the wineglass that's not actually wine (a blue light reflection and what almost appears to be a face, LOL). Love the fade out to white. Fantastic job!
