There is so much potential in this shot - I love seeing through the water with the polarizer.

I really like the scene, but I'm having a hard time looking at it due to the radioactive foreground.

I like the colors and shapes, but image seems soft overall (not sure if you did to much noise reduction or did not sharpen enough). Also, I'd normally try to get the horizon line leveled...
