 Two handheld shots 10 second apart. One at 800 ISO, the other at 1000 ISO. Inverted the 1000 one , then blended the two. Dodge & burn, levels, curves, vibrance, sharpened in the red channel, reduced and flattened.

Wooloomooloo? What a great name for a city. (Kind of like Oconomowoc over here, only better.) I like the bit of acid green down in the streets.
