Beautiful black and white. While I'm sure this looks great in color, the B&W gives this a nice classic feel.
Obvious tripod use: High. With that dark of skies your shutter definitely had to be open for a while. |

Obvious use of a tripod, or any other long-term stabilization tool (1-10 *is not the score of the shot though*): 5
Hard to judge, but it's possible a fast lens with a high ISO was used to take this handheld. A good camera with a wide DR could spit out a very usable RAW file. |
