Levels on everything besides the ship (darken)

New Layer (Linear Burn) with colors
Resize > Sharpen
Resize > SFW

Didn't really try to refine the selection on the ship

i realize this is not a contest, but wow,
what an elegant interpretation of that fireboat display.
I can hear the conversation now! Did they do it with lights or with 'harmless' dyes?
Were the dyes harmless? What about the little fishes?

All I can think of though?
On what image can I best swipeer, make use of this technique.

It's wildly original. Love it.

so, san francisco ships shoot rainbows? That explains why it's so colorful over there :D
