The world gives Africa all these rosy promises, to help the continent, which are usually broken; keeping Africa living famine and under the burden of AIDS, but not of buying the very expensive and much needed medicines.

I wanted to explain more in the title but i thought "NO" it's almost common knowledge, little I knew it wasn't.

I like the colors. Wonder what it all means. Are the pills for malaria? And the flowers and bread? very interesting and nicely done.

I like the way you notice the pills after the map.Although the red compliments the roses the border distracts from the picture. Beautiful idea!

I'm hoping you included some information on what your thoughts were for this. I'm having a very hard time figuring out how Africa, flowers, crumbs, and pills go together.

Awaits what? Does Africa need some naan? Is this about drug trafficking? Perhaps it is my pallet that is unrefined. I do like the vintage look map. Stylistically- not into the red hairline border. I really like the over all tone/ colouring of this piece. And it obviously peeks my curiosity- what is the story here?

Interesting collection of items. I'm not sure what it all means, although it is very artfully arranged, and the lighting is very nice. My take on this has to do with AIDS in Africa, with the pills representing medication for that, and the flowers in memory of those who've died from it. But the crumbled stuff...?

At first I didn't get the pills, but then I thought maybe they were malaria pills. I don't get the plate of bread either but perhaps it's a food that has to do with Africa? I like the photo, it's really good. I'm not fond of the border though.

I'm sorry, but I didn't understand the pills.
