 Looking out from Montaña de Oro Sandspit beach, 6 miles from Morro Bay.

There was a monochromal feel to the day, I shot from the beach, having more ocean in the shot defeated the minimalist thing I was trying to achieve. Thanks for the comments, especially tnun!

I love the crop here. You could even have cropped the top anotehr 10-20% and made the panel even more dynamic.

i am not enamored with the harsh crop on the bottom - without the beach, the image does not feel grounded to me
