Okay, I'll be honest right up front. Technically, this is 1,135 miles from my home. We were in Minneapolis all week, moving my daughter up there, so the best I could do was a 100 meters outside her home, which was my home for the week.
This is the fire door to the boiler room in the basement of her apartment building. It's roughly 35-40 meters out her back door, down some stairs, through another door and down a hall.
Shot with my iPhone 4 under the CFL bulb they had in the ceiling fixture. Very little editing: resized, reduced noise, USM and saved for web.
I haven't entered in a few months. I'm not sure how it will do, but I like it, so in it goes.
Oh, and by the way.....we succumbed to the temptation and opened it to see what was behind it. hehehe

| I like this shot a lot, but I would have liked to see more sharpness. There's a lot of texture here which could benefit from it, I think. |
