Really nice idea. If this were to be a product shot, the name should be a little more in focus. Also, if you move your soft-box a lot closer (almost to the edge of the frame) you won't have those hot spots on the heart and fingernail :)

Good idea but the imperfect fingernails detract from the polished look I think you are going for. That red is really vibrant and I like that.
