Hmmm. I think I see your point with the title (waiting for the light to cross) but I'm not sure it makes for a particularly impactful or meaningful photograph to me. Interesting bits to explore, though - the glow of "WAY in Subway - what's up with that? And the arm hanging out of the police car... A bit blotchy - a cell phone camera, maybe?

I'm not seeing any magic here. It's a police car passing a person about to cross the street.

The camera is tilted on the horizon. It doesn't look intentional to me.
