 The wintherblossom, "Saxifraga Oppositifolia", is the first indication of spring in the Icelandic flora, blooming in early April in the lowlands. This was taken at 400 meters above sea level.

these are really pretty, just a bit dull/flat in tone...

I've never seen this flower, and I think it's very pretty. However, I feel like this image is too up front for me. I think attempting different angles, or a more unique composition, would've worked better.
