the cloudy sky makes for a very cloudy image and colors that don't stand out as much as they could. Overall, I think it looks flat and think a different angle would've worked better.

The subject and background are nice and work well together, but I feel the flowers a little out of focus unfortunately. Were it sharper I'd have given a higher score.

I like the background. I think this could be improved with some light on the subject to create some contrast and detail on the bloom.

Nice idea but it somehow makes me want to see more of the background scenery since the flower is sort of spindly.
