Interesting subject. To me, having the sunflower head in better focus would have improved the image, plus crop out the lower third of the photo.

Poor old girl....where did she come from during this early spring season? Where are her babies? She should be a sprout this time of year. Where are you from that the sunflower is so mature already? Your pix. delivers it's title.
