 First time adjusting a picture in Photoshop Elements 2 with advanced editing allowed, there is probably a lot more I could have done (or not have done) but at this time don’t know how, “I am learning.”
Cropped, resized, increased blue color level, lightened, sharpened edges, cloned out some spots and green leaf under the flower.
Taken in living room with light coming in the window, flower in glass candle holder with blue colored water. Flower from the garden and the center is a natural blue color.

You have a very nice composition and excellent DoF. The flower is crisp and clean. The only thing that bothers me is the blue - it seems very aqua colored and a bit "unnatural."

I usually hate flower photos. However you did one that verges on abstract. You have a new and interesting twist on a very very veryold theme. This is the mark of a good photographer. Great job.
