 I'm not sure what color this little tree frog is, but it's fairly close to gold, I think. :-)

Hadn't really planned on entering anything, but tonight I noticed movement in the straw that's protecting some new grass we've planted and saw this little tree frog nestled in there. Went back and grabbed my camera and took a quick photo. Substantial cropping...

a cute little guy! i tend to see more tans and such rather than golds but i am not going to mark you down for it

I feel like a child laying down in the grass! This could have done well in either challenge, i think. Good job evoking thoughts of halcyon days of youth.
