My first try at a little selective desaturation. I like the way the blue leads the eye through the frame. I used usm, and channels, and enhanced the blues a bit.

Nice composition. The blue coverings are just a little overpowering though, with everything else desaturated. Maybe a little less brightness would help, but it's a cool image. I like how you left the color in the water.
