From JPEG- topaz adjust, colour stretch preset.
Adjusted contrast/levels, made it lighter but more contrasty.
Silver efex pro 2 (own settings) - high structure to make it very detailed.

Changed layer 1 to soft light to give a slightly de-saturated look to it.
