Composition/Content - I happen to like the contrast between the blurred car and the in-focus TEXAS. I'm guessing that the commenters who don't like it , don't get it. That is, the car is in motion, and the wall isn't. I also like the compositional choices you made. In particular I like that the image is divided in half horizontally, with TEXAS on one side and the car on the other.
Background - Perfect choice, given your subject.
Camera Work - Technical - I don't know what I would've done differently.
Digital Processing Technical - I might have tried to saturate the car colors a little bit.
Opinion - I like the pic for its sentimental value as well as its creativity. Nice job.

because the background is in sharper focus than the subject, it leads my eye to the big TEXAS word rather than the race car. My eye would rather not stay on the blurred object ... it seems too chaotic... |

I like the format you've chosen. I guess you are one of the first to take advantage of the new rules! The subject is good her, and the color and composition too. Not so sure I like the car blurred with the clear bg, since the real subject is the car. But actually my submission used a similar technique.
Overall good job. |

Its good that you havent chopped off the TEXAS, it gives a sense of place. |

Nice panorama. Think I'd have cropped out the grass and got a bit of a blur trailing behind that car leaving some superb colours in it's wake. Slower shutter. |

Would have made a beautiful pan shot instead of a blur shot. |

use of the panning technique would have been better here so the background would be blurred and the car would be focused |

would have been better if the car was in focus and TEXAS wasn't |

Frozen car with blurred background would have been more impressive, IMHO |

would have preferred to see a panning shot, which gives a greater impression of motion |

I think I would have preferred to see the car stationary and the word Texas blurred. JMHO. |
