PP:
RAW conversion: auto white balance, straightened, boosted clarity, blacks, and vibrancy

CS5: cropped, removed a few dust particles from the background, reduced noise, USM twice for clarity and contrast. Adjustment layers: exposure, levels, curves, and hue/sat.

I don't know if the wine is any good -- I gave it to a friend. But Phil says it is, and my friend was glad to get it.
