The wheelbarrow is clearly the subject of this scene, so I did my adjustments and crop to try and draw the eye to that. All editing done in Corel Paintshop Pro X2.

-Topaz Denoise (didn't really need much NR, but I like to do a little of it, as my adjustments often bring out noise, so I like to start with as clean an image as possible)
-Topaz adjust. spicify extra light custom preset.
-saturation boost
-slight perspective correction to get buildings vertical
-crop
-duplicate
-Nik silver efex on upper layer. Heavy sepia tone and vignette. +50 structure
-multiply blend @ 71%
-Multiply darkens the image, so I lightened the lower (color) layer with curves
-Increased saturation of cyan on lower layer to make wheelbarrow stand out more.
-Increased satruation of red on lower layer, but not as much as cyan.
-Clarify +3 on upper (sepia) layer
-Flatten
-High radius USM for contrast
-Dodge shadow areas of wheelbarrow to bring out a little detail
-Resize to 800 Pixels
-Sharpen. Radius 0.35, amount 150, Clipping 4
-Slightly lighten with curves
-Create feathered border using layers and feathered selection
-Save to challenge specifications

After uploading, I noticed a bit of banding in the sky. Some selective editing would have fixed that had I noticed it earlier.

I like your crop and post processing on this photo. Nice work.
I also used spicify and faded the Adaptive exposure. I see you have custom presets, I must try this. Thanks for the details.

I like how you cropped this one you are right the wheelbarrow is the main subject and your crop emphasizes it. Plus it gets rid of that bad patch of sky that was giving me problems.
