 1. Duplicate backgound layer - Gaussian blur at 30 - layer mode change to darken - flatten layer
2. Duplicate layer - Brightness contast @ Brightness +30/Contrast -50
3. Duplicate layer - Vibrance +40
4. Duplicate layer - layer mode change to screen
5. Duplicate screen layer - change layer mode to divide - opacity at 25% - add layer mask and paint in flower
6. Go down to screen layer and play with Vibrance until happy.
