 Maple syrup in various jars, backlit by the sun. The trees reflected are the same trees that produced the sap that made the syrup. And yep I did everything fromm choosing which trees to tap, to collecting the sap and rendering it down into syrup.

Camera on tripod, used mirror lockup.

pp: RAW-TIFF conversion, crop, brightness/contrast, saturation, resize, sharpen, save for web

Oh yum! Now that's real maple syrup. They had some at the grocery store the other day it was $18 a bottle. Considering we go through a bottle a week, I'll stick to Mrs. Buttersworth. LOL!
