I have a couple of discarded remnants from Jack Ox's Ursonate that are mini works of art themselves. I really admire the amount of planning, dedication and work that goes into such a piece of art. Ursonate
This photo is inspired by her work.
It was created using a tin foil filter with a very small slit, a long exposure, and a strobe was triggered multiple times.

Everything old is new again, this seems like an experimental photo from the 1930s, but to me that is part of the appeal. Well done.

Well I admit I knew nothing of Jack Ox until your beautiful photograph prompted me to find out. What a fascinating person and artist she is! The very concept of visualizing music, in the way that she pursues it, is itself quite beautiful too. Your tribute would most likely please her very much. It certainly pleases me; the longer I look at it the more clearly I can hear it.

I can't separate two toweringly wonderful pictures in this challenge (nor do I need to, nor want to), and yours is one of the two. I rarely make anything a favorite, but this is so lovely and so conceptually perfect that I have no choice! 10. Thank you.

Fabulous fracturing and tones. Love the concept, although I'm not understanding all that empty space above and to the left. Just a bit of a tighter crop off the left (and a tiny bit off the top) would have made me feel this was better balanced.

A vawendy image? Lovely texture from the cloth, but tones and lighting feel a little flat for me.
