I must take issue with your title.
This isn't a falcon. It's a buzzard (Europe) or hawk (US).
That aside, it's an excellent capture and a neat crop. |

The subject seems really washed out. I wish the colors were more vibrant. Going bw might just bypass that issue and look great. Awesome shot and framing. |

First off, a nice capture, especially with getting some clouds in there to break up the background.
However, it may just be me, but I'm seeing what looks like a high amount of chromatic aberration on the bottom of the head and the right side of the wings. |
