The white thing is something attached to the microphone... in fact, I did pretty well to get a shot of her where her face wasn't right behind it.

great photo bob!

just sent you a private message but in case anyone who knows carloina reads this, i would like to get in touch with her to see if she wants to play a gig as part of a mini latin festival in south london later this year. the reviews of her WOMAD show sound really strong.
