 This is a portion of the roof of the Esplanade Theatre.

They say that the design of the building was inspired by the local fruit called Durian, a round fruit with spiked skin similar to a jackfruit.

Detail shots are often fun and this one works well.
Durian. Yes, I have heard of this fruit, but never have gotten close enough to one to (ah) open it.
