Unbelievably, this is the cafeteria where I work. I have always enjoyed its vaulted ceilings, big pains of glass, and woodwork.
I grabbed this photo (actually three exposures) one day while it was raining, before work. I took it handheld, but Nik HDR Efex Pro does a really nice job with alignment. One point later in the month I actually went back with a tripod and tried to get an even better photo. But it turned out to have less drama than this, so I'm sticking with this photo.
I would give this a 7 or 8 depending on my mood, so I'm guessing this well end up between 5.5-6.0
Post Processing:
* Chromatic Aberration
* Topaz DeNoize on all three photos (I found it's better to do this early instead of after the merge, as it creates a much cleaner image)
* Combined with Nik HDR Efex Pro
* Topaz Adjust twice (I have found this helps make subtle but bold adjustments)
* Increase Recovery and Black Point
* Increase Vibrancy
* S-Curve
* Highlights
* Levels
* Dodge the snow/ice in the foreground
* Desaturate the clouds
* Reduce saturation in foreground snow
* Export to TIFF
* Resize to 800px
* Sharpen Edges
* Save as JPEG |

| Lovely architecture and taken from a great perspective. Nice rich reddish browns against the snow. Excellent detail. Nice processing. |

| Love the building, and the icy snow which has melted, this seems a little overprocessed, but none the less still a great pic. |
