With the DoF, it does look like the orange pencil tip is casting a complimentary blue shadow, which is quite interesting. But I just have to question, did you study further to determine if a shallow DoF worked best here? Did you shoot with a small aperture to see what the difference was? At any rate, this is a very creative concept. (Was this a complimentary comment or a backhanded critique?? I meant what I said to be complimentary!!) |
