Ellen and I took a trip to Houston for a model shoot that JaimeVinas was nice enough to arrange. We drove down Friday and our original plan was to get to the area with plenty of time to explore Galveston. Didn't work out that way on timing, so we went to the Kemah Boardwalk instead, which was a little closer and easier to get to. We spent a couple of hours shooting fair rides at night. Got some fun shots. This was one of the keepers.

Took some major tweaking of white balance to get the ferris wheel looking like different shades of orange. Not totally sure how restrictive people will be on what constitutes two colors. If various shades of orange don't count, then I am in for a beating on this. I also doubt I will be alone in interpreting various shades of a color as fitting the topic.

Post-challenge notes:
The lone comment suggests a lot of people did not perceive this as shades of orange, and I probably got a few DNMC votes from those with more restrictive views of the topic. It still seems to have pulled a mid-pack finish. I still think it's a pretty good shot of something I have not done before. Can't win 'em all.
