I prefer this one because the horizon is more defined. In the other one, the horizon sort of white-outs (does that verb exist?), giving the shot a vague, unfinished look.

Beautiful scene and color choices....hmmm...the border here...not completely sure. How bout a thin grey border to separate the blackness from the picture?
