Not a lot of negative space and a lot of hot pixels on top. I think if you crop more from the top it might take care of both.

More negative space would have added to the image, maybe more of the water at the back. But your pic is still clear.

Hmm..the top of the swan is not distinguishable enough from the background. I would say it's just a background more than negative space. Cute shot though.
