 In Motovun, Croatia on a photography holiday. Lots of assignments, but we had the opportunity to spend the morning with one of the local traders (each of us had a different person to photograph). I spent the morning with Tony, who is a woodcarver. He sits outside his house carving all day long and may sell the odd piece to the tourists wandering around the town. He speaks no English but it did not matter at all. Communication happens in any case.

Oh, the light here is lovely - it makes it feel like a holiday; your confidence with your exposure and handling of the image reinforces that.
