 Just shot on the dining room table with a flash light. Levels and type on hard light layers with drop shadow and bevel and emboss.

Very well done technically. The composition is impeccable and I love how the lighting highlights the message. Color is phenomenal and the lettering font really fits well. The message, with it's almost hidden crosses give the image a dark and gothic feel and helps to convey that this band is about shedding light on the underside of life. A very well thought out and carried out image deserving of a very high score.

on technical aspects this is pretty solid all around, but I don't think it works well as a band name or as an album cover.

I like the photo a lot, but the graphical editing seems overkill to me. Even the photo by itself would have scored higher with me.

Excellent job. Especially with the text. Good composition. It all fits...band name, with picture, props in the picture. "8"

Not keen on text - too many fonts and I'd assume it read PDC not DPC... but like the lighting and picture.
