 This is a lady that sorta is always downtown where I live at one of several coffee shops. I don't think she's homeless (it's been suggested to me though), but she's always milling around. I know nothing about her other than her first name, and that she's regarded as being somewhat off.
Typically she sits there not talking to anybody, though she will speak if you engage her.
Left noise intact.
