I posted this pictures before, on the overlays sc, but I tought without the overlay, the details can be appreciated a bit more... anyways, three lighting set up, two behind the model one on each side and a softbox infront, slightly above him. Used Topaz detail in pp.

the lighting is stellar, his pose bothers me. i think the size of the gloves forces his elbows up and the pose becomes forced and unnatural looking. i think his hands on his hips, or maybe same pose but no gloves and his hands just taped?

I like the balance of light on the front, your back lights are a bit hot for my taste though.

i love the edgy light. appropriate amount fill in the front so that he isnt too shadowy. the background elements really add context without distracting the viewer. i agree with Leo that a light highlighting his hair would potentially improve the photo

Nice shot. If I could make a suggestion to add another dimension.. If you position one of those lights(camera right) in the back hi and point it down it will serve a dual purpose. It will still hilite the shoulder and head and It will add a hiltie to the top of his head(hairlight). Just a thought.
