 Taken on the Colorado Eastern Plains. Just saw "Twister" again last night - I'm scared to death of tornadoes, but I really like that movie...and thought of this image... pulled it out and played with it a bit..

Do you remember more specifically where you took it? I live in Colorado and love the plains, so just curious.
Also, I like the tiny bit of land you captured- the dry grass contrasts nicely with the sky.

Clouds are very menacing in this shot and is quite a contrast to the golden fields below. Mother nature certainly can show off her destructive beauty - twisters are certainly an awe inspiring site best viewed from far, far, away:-)

WHoa cool shot. Queensland is set to have another cyclone, probably what you call a Tornado, probably the biggest ever recorded.
